Water Colour by W.E.Croxford Coastal Scene Fairlight Hastings East Sussex

Original watercolour of a coastal scene by W.E. Croxford 1851-1926. Croxford is well known for his coastal paintings.

He had addresses in St. Leonards and Hastings between 1889 - 1896.

This looks to be the cliffs off of Fairlight near Hastings.

He painted a number of Sussex subjects, some of which were used on coloured postcards in the early 20th century.
