Antique Victorian Brass Rim Pewter Tankard.

An inscribed antique 19th century Victorian brass rimmed pewter tankards. The tankard is inscribed but unfortunately I can not make it out. Has faded VR mark under rim, also with the last letters of quart (art). This is a decorative piece, with the handle being repaired earlier on in its life. Would look fantastic cleaned up. Minor age related damage like small dents, and the base has been repaired wear there once was a crack.
