Hand Painted Indian Scene

A fantastic looking 19th century Indian painting on a hard background. (unknown material).

The painting looks to be depicting a leader with his generals or war chiefs. With a general greeting the leader and bowing, with a large crowd surrounding them watching on. All equipped with weapons, standing on a blue vibrant rug surrounded the canopy bed with the leader in. Gold leaf painted to the bed, turbans, trousers and belts. Hills to the background and a decorative trim to the bottom of the art work, with a cardboard boarder and housed in a brown frame.
