Silver pepper pot or shaker by J Gloster limited, Birmingham made in 1953. Makers marks and stamps to the base and on the inside of the lid, which is rubbed and just visible. The item has been used and cleaned and shows signs of rubbing to the top. Otherwise in good condition.
