19th century pair of Church pew Alter chairs. Made out of pitched pine. Showing signs of outside use to each of the chairs on one side. The wood has been treated for woodworm, wet and dry rot and has been preserved. These are very solid and sturdy chairs and look great. If someone wanted to play around with them I would suggest putting clear resin on the weathered sides to give them a more of a unique look. Or even add abit of colour. But I personally think they look great as they are.
