Antique Silver Spill Posy Flower Vase

Possible made by collingwood and son, silver spill vase or posy/ flower vase. Made in Chester and looks to have makers marks of c and s. The vase has been over cleaned and the marks are barely visible, not sure on the date letter as that has almost disappeared. In late 19th style I belive this to be around 1890- 1900. The vase has some minor dents but nothing that effects the vase.
