Here is an upcycled piece of an antique, early 20th century church pew. Made of pitched pine, The pew has been re-glued and strengthened with a few extra pieces of wood to the sides, back and underneath. The pew swing is a 2 seater and would be a nice romantic addition in the house with the right fixings to a beam, which should hold 2 people comfortably. Please check all fixings are secure before using and they are heavy duty to take the weight of two adults. If you would like this outside then I would recommend putting a cover over it to protect it from the weather as these benches were built for indoor use.
