Oceanic Papua New Guinea Aibom Village Sago Storage Jar

Oceanic Papua New Guinea Aibom Village Sago Storage Jar or vessel, these vessels were made to store flour from other tribes as the aibom did not harvest Sago. The Jar depicts a face on the front of the jar with an elongated nose or beak, the tip of the nose has been knocked off, also the side of the beak. A chip tonthe rim with some light cracks to the rim, which does not go all the way through.
